Rules & Requirements 
All students are required to strictly follow the rules listed below. These rules exist to protect the safety, integrity, and daily functioning of our school community. Failure to follow any of them will result in immediate expulsion, with no possibility of refund. Please read the rules carefully and apply only if you are confident that you can fully commit to following them.

Respect Toward Masters and Staff
Students must show absolute respect and obedience to masters and school staff at all times. This includes following instructions without argument, avoiding complaints or negotiations during training, and maintaining a humble attitude. Open disagreement or disrespect toward a master will not be tolerated.

Mandatory Participation
All scheduled training sessions are mandatory. Repeated absence, lateness, or lack of participation without a valid reason is considered a serious violation of school discipline.

Cleanliness and Order
Students are expected to keep their personal and shared spaces clean and tidy at all times. Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and bathrooms. All the electrical appliances must be off before you leave your room.

Room Inspections
The school management and the Foreign Affairs Bureau reserve the right to inspect student rooms at any time without prior notice. These inspections are conducted to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to school rules.

Curfew
Students must return to the accommodation by 9pm from Sunday to Thursday, and by 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Students must ask for permission if there’s any circumstances.

Drugs
Drugs including marijuana, tobacco, alcohol or any other kind of drugs are prohibited. Gambling and prostitution apply to the same rules.

Pornography
Possession, viewing, or distribution of pornographic material is strictly prohibited.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation building.

Respect for Privacy
Students must respect the personal space and privacy of others, including roommates, fellow students, and school staff.

Moral Conduct and Influence
It is strictly forbidden to promote or impose personal beliefs — including political opinions, religious views, or personal ideologies — on other students or on the children living and training at the school.
This is a place for martial arts practice and personal discipline, not for ideological discussion or persuasion.
Any attempt to influence the mindset, values, or beliefs of others — especially children — will be treated as a serious violation.

Language and Communication
Only kind, respectful, and age-appropriate language may be used. Use of curse words, sexually explicit language, or any form of rude, offensive, or derogatory speech is strictly forbidden.

Please note: here is monitored by 24/7 CCTV. Our unit has the right to record the film our students training and routine for promotion use. By submitting an application and enrolling at Xinglin Kung Fu School, each student agrees to fully accept and abide by all the rules and requirements stated above.
These rules have been established to preserve the discipline, respect, and integrity of our school community. Failure to comply with them at any time will result in immediate expulsion, with no right to a refund or appeal.
People who are not prepared to accept these terms should not apply.
